FedEx Ground Shipping Costs for Online Orders
All dynamically determined at checkout based on estimated package weight.  You will be contacted if the calculated shipping cost is less than the actual cost.
 

Delivery Times
Orders placed before 1:30 PM Eastern Time are typically shipped the same business day. If we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, you will be contacted by phone, e-mail or both.

Please consider processing time when determining the estimated delivery of your order. I.e., Please do not count the actual day that you place the order as Day 1 for shipping purposes. 
 

The carriers typically pickup between 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM.  Day one of your shipping would start on the following day. Example: You need a router on site on Friday in Oregon.  You place an order at 12:30 PM Monday.  It will typically ship the same day (picked up by the carrier at approx. 5pm) and taken to the local Sort Facility.  Tuesday morning your router has been loaded onto a truck and is on its way to you ( Day one of shipping is Tuesday ).  The router will not be delivered on Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (5 Business Days).

If you are within a four business day ground shipping radius of Olney, MD you would receive the router on or before Friday (see map below).

We do offer Expedited Air Delivery services; they are not calculated by our shopping cart. Please contact us if you require these services.  Tel. 800-362-3770 EXT 16.

  • Delivery: USPS delivers all business days plus Saturday* except for federal holidays (*Note: We do not ship orders out on Saturdays, however USPS does deliver on Saturdays).

• USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days including Saturday)
  • From $39.95 and up.
  • Delivery: USPS delivers all business days plus Saturday* except for federal holidays (*Note: We do not ship orders out on Saturdays, however USPS does deliver on Saturdays).
  • Guarantee: Yes (2 Days), guaranteed or your money back on your cost of shipping
  • Tracking: Yes, Complete end-to-end tracking

APO (Military Bases)
All APO / FPO / DPO orders, will be shipped by U.S.P.S.  Good APO addressing tips can be found on the U.S.P.S. website.

International Shipping
Please let us know what you would like to order and we will email you a quotation that includes shipping costs.
WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER COSTS OF DUTIES AND FEES THAT YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY OR THE TIME YOUR ORDER MAY BE HELD IN CUSTOMS BEFORE DELIVERY.

Back-Order and Pre-Order Shipping

Orders placed online containing items listed as Out of Stock or Back Ordered will not be shipped until the order is complete. You should receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped.

Order Tracking
Your Tracking number will be sent to via Email, it will be listed on your invoice.

Refunds for Shipping
Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges. The reason is simple, the carriers UPS and FedEx charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds to us on returns or refusals. If they did, we would gladly do so as well.
